Question about results after lollipop/ areola reduction surgeries

One day I hope to get a breast augmentation, a large aspect of what I want is to “fix” my puffy and large areolas. I’m wondering what people’s results were like for anyone who got an augmentation involving a lollipop/ donut procedure or for people who had areola reductions, was the final result natural? So many times I see girls with sorta misshapen or unnatural looking areolas with obvious scarring afterwards and I’m worried about how common that is. How similar does the boundary between areola and boob look compared to before?
