Cramps started 1dpo until 7dpo

Me and my partner had protected sex during my fertile window (he used a condom), but a day after I had my predicted ovulation with the help of Flo, I had light cramps that lasted up until now (7dpo). I had sore nipples 4 days post ovulation and I had light cramping and spotting just today that appears bright red. I'm not sure if this just means I'm having my next period or if it's implantation bleeding and it's seriously freaking me out 😭😭
