Is my old build still viable? What to upgrade?

I didn't game for almost a decade now but I'm now getting the itch to casually get back into gaming. It's probably gonna end up being WoW/Overwatch which were running fine back then but I dont know the extent of engine upgrades since then. I might jump into older games since they are more in my budget range, I don't expect modern games to run well on this build anyway. Is this build adequate and if not, what needs to be upgraded?

Is there anything I need to consider except renewing the thermal paste?

I graduate in a few months and money becomes less of an issue, so the last question is if the build can be upgraded part by part or a whole replacement is necessary.
