Copado Cert Exam

So Im getting into DevOps, both for professional growth and for project-requirements, this year.

Im studying for the Copado Source Format exams now and Im curious as to how similar or dissimilar the Copado exams are to Salesforce exams. Are the questions written in the same (genuinely horrible, IMO) way that Salesforce exam questions are?
