What car insurance do you recommend?

Background info:

1, I had one accident 3 years ago (being rear ended, 100% the others fault).

2, I mostly just drive to work, 20min each way, and I work half of the time home. I rarely drive long distance, farthest to Seattle city around 20miles.

3, I currently use AllState, the last 6 months I was paying $290, now they renewed policy, I am paying $330. I have a premium car and I expect to be a little higher than usual, but I still think the price now I am paying is too high.
