Hi! Im a mc Donald’s employee and I just turned 17 years old but IVE been working since I was 16 which has only been since like January lol, IVE had this very disrespectful manager that completely snaps at all of my co workers but is nice to specific ones, Im still new, and had never had no experience working in fast food. The 3rd day i worked i was getting snapped at and rushed on fries with barely any type of training from that manager. I tried to ask to train on the window but she obviously said no. Just yesterday I got snapped at because I didn’t finish a DoorDash order after she told me to go wash a dish, i’m not gonna lie, I did ask to clock out because I was extremely tired and I didn’t have a break at all, it really was a honest mistake and it wasn’t that hard just to say “oh, make sure you finish packing that DoorDash order then do the dish, then you could clock out.” Mind you, I was still waiting on drinks that weren’t even finished .and the times working there even if it’s just been for a month, I can see that she’s incredibly disrespectful to other customers, and her employees including me. It’s really not that hard to serve people with a smile on your face and not an attitude at all even when I’m having a bad day I still have a chance to be nice to other people if they’re nice to me. I’ve never disrespected the manager at all and I’ve only tried to do my best, but I keep getting snapped at even when I’m still new and I’ve been trying to have training done, but I’ve barely got any training and really had to do it myself. if anyone can help me contact corporate or give me a link for that so I could do it anonymously, that will help very much. thank you.
