The nausea is taking me down 🤢

Question

I am 6.5 weeks pregnant with a very wanted baby. We got pregnant naturally after a little over a year of trying, which included an endo surgery and an IVF egg retrieval that did not go well. So yeah, this baby is a miracle and I am over the moon!!!

But holy cow. When I hit 6 weeks, I felt like I was on a long winding road, in the third row of a car, looking down at my phone. Basically constant motion sickness plus food aversions. I want to feel better…. But also I don’t want to feel better until closer to the second trimester because I know nausea is a good sign that things are still happening lol. (This feels too amazing to be true, so then I worry about a miscarriage).

Should I expect to feel like garbage all day every day? Or does this typically come and go?
