Do comp matches get better or worse after placements?

Im am doing my placements for each role rn and its insufferable, Everyone on you team thinks they're god and can 1v5 the entire enemy team.

You'll get tanks who dont know how to do anything besides press W and pray, dps who spend most the match hiding behind cover and swapping characters and supports who think that its their job to farm kills.

Its so aggrivating because regardless of what role i play and how well i am playing, i am bound to always have atleast 1 narcisistic asshole on my team who simply refuses to listen to anyone's complaints because ofc they're not the issue, its the rest of the team thats the problem.

Like i just finished a match as bastion and our tank was awful, kept swapping characters, didnt know how to ult without trying to clip farm the enemy team and KEPT on picking tanks that the other team already directly counters. This happened multiple times and every single time atleast someone on the team told them to swap to someone who isnt countered but its as if they became illiterate every time someone told them to swap. We also had a moira on the team who decided it was her job to farm the enemies backline to absolutely no success.

Moira is my most played hero so i know the temptation but never would i try and do that shit in ranked, acting like the front line because in her words 'Actually im a supporter, not a healer'
