Sudden adhesion problems

I've had my P1S combo for a little over 2 weeks and my first layers aren't adhering properly out of nowhere. It honestly went from doing a few prints on Tuesday afternoon that came out fine to barely working at all by the next print I did either that night or sometime on Wednesday. I'm using the included textured plate and have tried both sides. I've wiped it down with iso and washed it fully wish some dish soap. Haven't been scraping at it with something harsh that would affect the texture. I put some gluestick down for an overnight print and even that didn't help much in certain areas. It didn't end up mattering much because most of the first layer was support, but still an issue

I made a single layer rectangle in Fusion to print as a test after giving the plate a good cleaning and this was the result. Clearly there's an issue here. Only I can't tell if this is adhesion on the plate or if the nozzle is getting caught in the printed layers and pulling up already printed lines. Maybe a combination of both because I've seen the nozzle get clumped up at times while troubleshooting

I feel like I shouldn't need to glob the plate up with glue or replace it after only 2ish weeks of use
