What are some good countries for MSc Biotechnology/Medical Biotech ?
Hey guys,
I’m an Indian student with a Bachelor’s in Biotechnology, planning to pursue a Master’s in Biotechnology / Medical Biotechnology/ Health Sciences abroad.
My long-term goal is to:
\- Get a job after MSc (industry/clinical roles)
\- Clear education loans + support family financially
\- Settle long-term
\- Possibly do a PhD later once stable
My_qualifications : B.Sc Biotechnology from a reputed college , CGPA 9.54 , Decent research projects.
I’m trying to choose countries that are realistic and safe for me with-
biotech/pharma job opportunities after graduation
post-study work visa + PR pathway
safe, welcoming environment (low racism)
minimal language barrier
decent part-time work options
housing + cost of living not impossible
So far I’ve applied to the Netherlands, but I’m worried about the housing crisis and whether it’s smart to rely on only one country.
-
Which countries are currently the most realistic for international students to find work after an MSc?
-
Which places have the best PR/settlement pathway?
-
Any countries you’d recommend avoiding right now?
Any advice, personal experiences, or program/city recommendations would really help. Thank you!
