One of my lobe not healing

I got my seconds peirced last May/June. I didn't take my jewelry out till this January. When I took the earrings out, my left ear was healed perfectly, but my right ear was bleeding. Since then, it is still sollowen when ever I tried to take the earring out/crusts up. I have started to spray my ear with saline twice a day and switched to a smaller earring (titanium). I also bought a piercing pillow, and it is coming on Monday. But I am still worried about it healing. Is it still possible for my other lobe to heal? Is there anything else I can do? Any advice is much appreciated!!
