Need inspiratie about an stationary magic item

In an homebrew world (2014 rules), i am reimagining Duergar a bit

One way is have an [Dalnan](https://eberron.fandom.com/wiki/Dalnan) like magic item in a homestead/family-cave.

A stationair Item wich absorbs certain cantrips and low kevel spells to later to be cast by persons without said cantrips.

Think Eberron like town feature.

Think Prestidigitation, control water and mage hand for example for sanitation and cooking.

The house matriarch charges the central unit with spells. i am imagining the typical matriarch to have similair spells to a 3 or 4 level Warlock or (Aberrant Mind/Clockwork Soul) Sorcerer.

Anyone got any fun and original idea's for an such an magic item?
