Is Arcadia Bluffs a good choice for a couples weekend away?

My wife and I usually take a couple long weekend trips each year and, bless her heart, she always lets me pick where (which usually ends up being a golf destination). We have done Kohler in Wisconsin, Torrey Pines, and Kiawah. Her only request is to have a spa, fitness facility and something to do while I golf.

Would Arcadia Bluffs be a good option? Have always wanted to play it but not sure if there is much else around other than golf.
