Visiting Qatar during Ramadan

Hello beautiful people of Qatar! As the title suggests, I am visiting Qatar for 3 days which happens to coincide with ramadan and i have questions

1. are eating establishments open in doha?

2. are there any actions i need to take note of? (eg dont eat or drink in public)

3. will anything happen to me if i do something that offends someone in public during this time? (i have only visited turkmenistan and malaysia during ramadan and their customs are VERY different)
