Need help with game crashing on ps5 pro

PC player here, just recently bought a ps5 pro. Downloaded the ps5 version of fallout 4 to play with my gf, got to the PA in concord, as i was fighting the deathclaw for the second attempt my game crashed.

Played it over a few times, finished the deathclaw fight and talked to the minutemen where they tell you to meet them at sanctuary and shortly after the game crashed again.

Save files not synced with cloud, and I chose the console memory option.

Loaded back up and went to stash the power armor at sanctuary before heading to diamond city and the game crashed again.

Pure vanilla, no mods and its like the second game ive ran on this ps5 since getting it. Is this normal? What can I do to fix it?

Ive gotten maybe 90 minutes of play time total with 3 crashes.
