Oily hair and sticky dandruff M24

Hi, I'm having real issues with oily hair and sticky dandruff, my hair gets oily really quick, if I'll wash it today, then by tomorrow evening they'll be all sticky, and oily, I don't understand why. And I even don't travel a lot, but still my hair gets dandruff so easily. I'm not sure how to fix this. Please help! Currently I'm on bare Antomy's anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner.
