Will switching from a monthly 300 mg dose of Abilify to a 5 mg tablet every night help me get back to healthy sleep?

I don't understand why, for nearly 10 years, I have been receiving the injection and I wake up constantly, almost every night, several times a night, which affects the quality of my sleep. I want to talk to my psychiatrist.
