3 weeks after paying BAnQ, nothing received

I paid BAnQ on January 30 and still haven’t received anything in the mail. I’m located in Northern California. I’m wondering if anyone else has had it take this long, or if I should be concerned. I received confirmation that my payment was accepted, but no confirmation that anything was mailed.
