Nissan Qashqai 2023 MPG

Hey all. Have a 2023 1.3 unleaded Qashqai and have had it since new. Lot of city driving. My average MPG (miles per gallon) has always been between 30 and 35 MPG. This is even in eco mode. Sometimes I may get 37 if I’m lucky.

Is this normal?
