I didn't understand why most of the addresses appear as possibly blocked

​I really enjoy using RethinkDNS, but I noticed something in the logs. In the DNS category, most addresses appear as 'possibly blocked' with a yellow bar next to them. When an address is fully blocked, it shows a red bar, and I don’t understand why these ones aren't being fully blocked. ​My blocklists are 1Hosts (Xtra), Malware (UrlHaus.Abuse.Ch), and Samsung. Interestingly, when I click on these 'possibly blocked' addresses, I see '1Hosts' in the top right corner, which means the address is actually present in the blocklist.
