Temperance, the ban of my friends love life

Hi!! I’ve been reading tarot for 11 years now. One of my closest friends from college has been getting readings from me for over 7 years now. *everytime* I do a tarot reading about her love life, like clockwork, we pull the temperance card. We’ve been pulling this card for *7* years. We have no clue why the advice is always to “be patient.”
