Are we billed for dorm maintenance requests?

Title!

Sorry -- this might be a silly question, but I was looking at my maintenance request page, and noticed that my requests include a billing section under the 'Labor' subheading. It looks like they're all the same price, regardless of what it is (~$16.887) which isn't so bad, and I haven't submitted requests unless absolutely necessary (and not for things that are my fault -- like for a burnt out bulb, or some furniture that was already broken during move-in week), but I was just curious if I should be mindful of this when weighing whether or not to endure an issue or to submit a request lol.
