Hate my cozey couch - didn’t keep boxes

I got the Ciello in sunset beige, high backs, thinking this would be the best decision ever.

I hate this fucking couch.

You feel like you’re falling forward no matter how many times you rotate the cushions.

The back cushions are so uncomfortable and at a weird angle I’m constantly moving around, removing them, bringing pillows from my bed out.

You can feel the gap between the cushions which makes it impossible to lay down comfortably, people who say they’ve fallen asleep on this couch must have been very tired.

The only thing I do like is how it looks.

Has anyone had this couch, did it get more comfortable over time, or am I doomed?

This was $4000 total with ottoman. I listened to my cousin and didn’t bother going to the showroom and sitting on it in store.

They said I’d have to pay a $700 restocking fee as I didn’t keep the boxes. Though at this point I might be passed the return window.
