What HT/WT Standards are being used for recruiting school wanna know

I just passed regular tap with the three times around the waist circumference to go to school. Trying to figure out if they are using the new 55 percent standard or going off of the older one. Just need info and also whether they take exemption for pt still. Thanks in advance
