Managing over supply - shorter feeding times & block feeding?

Feeding

I’d love to hear your experience with this :)

So I am able to pump about 8oz in 10 mins, and my 3 wk old is always choking while feeding. She also has some insane spit ups, not just the ones that drool out of her mouth but they almost look projectile? So this is making me think I have an oversupply and she’s getting way too much per feed

I used to nurse her until she stopped latching so about 15 mins per side. From what I’ve read online, I should try block feeding to reduce my supply as well as feeding her for only 10 mins on one side and offering her a pacifier at the end for comfort sucking (instead of comfort sucking my breasts which will lead to taking in more milk). If she’s crying and obviously hungry then feed her for another 5 mins on the same breast

I may try that today and see if she still gets the same amount of dirty diapers? I just feel like it’s such a reduction in time and I feel bad unlatching her if she’s still sucking
