Boot mat for i10 nios

Hi everyone,

I have a Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and I recently lost the hard board/cover that sits above the spare wheel in the boot (not sure what the exact part name is — maybe parcel shelf/boot floor board?).

My question is:

• Does a boot mat go on top of the original boot floor board, or
• Can it be used directly over the spare wheel cavity and still provide proper support (like the original cover)?

Basically, I want to know if buying a boot mat alone is enough, or if I need to specifically buy the original boot floor board part from Hyundai.

If anyone has dealt with this on the Nios (or similar hatchbacks), please share your experience 🙏
