Do I start from season 1?

Ive watched many housewives and Ive seen a few seasons of Atlanta and want to return back to it. I honestly dont remember how many seasons I saw back in the day. Is there a particularly crazy early season I can start with or should I really just do from episode 1? If I can get away with starting at a really good season and going from there that would be preferable just because there are so many.
