Who owns playtime

I feel like this is the most important thing for the lore, more than the prototype, and thats who owns playtime co,after Eliot died, its stated Leith and Harvey only managed the business like employees,so who was control of all assets actualy transfered to,not to mention the big factory we are is probably just one factory owned by playtime co,considering they were a huge company, and I dont belive the goverment just saw a huge amount of people,as well as a huge company wiped out of the map and said "ok",someone covered it up and maybe even maintained it since in 10 years the generators probably would have died out on their own,and to do that you need money, hence the owner that came after Ludwig could cover that with playtimes funds
