Please help, doubt regarding 12th marksheet for placement

This question is for people who have been placed

Do companies accept class 12th improvement exam marksheet?

Also, what is the process for uploading this marksheet, are you supposed to upload it yourself to each company you apply to or do they access your board marks from the college

If you don't know please ask someone in your college who would know like an authority

It will be of tremendous help thankyou
