Loud ”woosh” sound in cold weather

Question

Hi! I have a 2020 Kona EV 64kW, this is my first winter with it and it has been a cold one. A few weeks ago the temperatures dropped to ~-23C as reported by the car and I heard a noticeable noise, see video. Back then I was unable to recreate the lever of noise based on speed or power. I ignored it as the Kona just dealing with the battery being cold and refusing to regenerate in cold weather very poorly, and as a normal operations.

Today the temp was -10C as reported by the car, and the sound was back and louder (temps have been below -20C overnight), and I was very clearly able to reproduce the sound based on input power to the motor, as well as output (regen). I asked the guys at my local dealership and they were unsure as it did not sound like an engine failure, and I agreed. I am getting it serviced in a few weeks were they will also look into the sound, but I was hoping someone had some experience with this noise in the meantime.
