should i follow up?

i did my background check earlier this week and got the results within 24 hours. i didn't get an email notification about it or anything. i know this cause i logged into the background check website and it said it was complete and i was able to take a look at my report. i noticed there was 1 discrepancy (nothing major)- my end date was missing from the report they retrieved but i provided it when filling out the background check.

i got an email from the onboarding manager with my work email the next day but haven't heard anything from hr. should i follow up to see if everything is good? i don't start until 2 weeks.
