Mild Disc Bluge

Hi, 24 M recently diagnosed with mild Disc bulge between L4 & L5. Consulted a neurosurgeon and he told nothing to worry. But I am feeling pain and discomfort in my tigh and leg area. any one who recovered from this ? Can suggest something to recover pls!
