At-Fault Car Accident - Asked to Give Deposition. Need Lawyer? If so, what kind

Location: Arizona. Tapped a rear bumper at a stop sign. No car damage to either vehicle - maybe a scuff to her car? I don't remember precisely. Drive told responding officer that she had a previous injury and it was aggravated by the accident. I believe witnesses also told police that the tap was... miniscule.

We were served with a civil lawsuit, which was forwarded to our insurer (Farmers). Now they are requiring a deposition.

They are claiming $70k in injury damages. Not sure if they are asking pain/suffering etc.

Should we hire a lawyer for the deposition? If so, what kind? I've spent an hour trying to figure it out, looking at law firm sites and ask lawyers and forbes and not found anything.
