Are digital waivers actually trusted in legal or semi-legal contexts?
I’ve been looking into how businesses handle waivers today gyms, events, equipment rentals, service providers, etc. Digital forms seem common now, but I’m curious how universally accepted they really are in practice.
Do customers still hesitate when asked to sign online? Have you ever had enforceability issues compared to paper waivers? Or has this basically become standard and no one questions it anymore?
I’m exploring this space while working on a small project called Waiver Easy and I’m trying to understand whether the bigger friction is legal trust, customer perception or just operational habits.
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who’s implemented this in the real world.
