What to choose to reduce the visibility of my sebaceous filaments?
Soo i've been trying to reduce the visibility of my sebaceous filaments, and the opinions on this subreddit and the r/SkincareAddiction are very varied so I don't know what product/routine to choose!
For context, my night routine is double cleansing (micellar water + la roche Effaclar cleanser gel), cosrx blackhead power liquid (around 3-4 times per week), and then moisturizer. Morning routine is the same, without cosrx and vitamin c instead).
I'm F27, have a mixed skin, and I have a history with ezcema (never in my face tho). I rarely get irritated by any product. I rarely wear makeup.
So I wonder what's the best choice:
- Adding clay mask to my routine?
- Going for BHA but something stronger? either serum like the ordinary or a toner.
- Implementing oil cleanser
- Retinoids? Niacinamide?
I'd like to start small, not getting all of the above, as I'd rather keep my routine as simple as possible. What would be my best bet here? thanks <3
