Looking for advice on my next steps.

I've been help desk at a MSP for 4 years now. I'm 23 and I have no college degree but I did go to a Technical School during my high school years and my Lab was cybersecurity and networking. My job does involve cyber security but not to the degree I wish to go to. I've always like that cyber investigator/forensic side of the field and I would really like to get more into that. I've seen online courses college courses and just a lot of overwhelming ways to get education in this Cybersecurity in Criminal Justice kinda field. Wondering what others have done and why in terms of education.
