What would you do?

I’m looking at 2 different vehicles, a 2022 Highlander hybrid and a 2022 sienna hybrid. They are both LE trim and priced around 29k. The Highlander is low mileage only around 36k, meanwhile the sienna has over 100k miles. My wife and I have 2 kids and are expecting one more. Anyone who has gone from the Highlander to sienna, was it worth it? For sure I think the extra space would be great, but wondering if it’s worth it with all those extra miles on it. A part of me wants the Highlander for the low miles but the sienna is so tempting with the sliding doors and extra space. Any thoughts?? Thank you!

Edit: both cars have been maintained at the dealer regularly. Highlander had oil changes every 6k miles. Sienna has been at the dealer every 5k miles or so, has even had brake fluid flushes, coolant flush, and transmission fluid drained and filled in addition to new brakes.
