Do I have a decent chance of getting hired somewhere

I’m 26, Marine Corps Vet, Currently in college. Recently became interested in becoming a Police Officer somewhere, preferably in the South. Haven’t been the model citizen for my entire life, had 2 speeding tickets when I was 18, Got NJP’d in the Marines for being Drunk & Disorderly and breaking curfew in Okinawa, I smoked weed a handful of times in high school, as well as when I got out of the Marines (It was legal in my State). Also have been shitty with some of my ex girlfriends, nothing abusive just cheating, ghosting and being a piece of shit in general.

I’m older now and I realize how immature and retarded I was, just wondering if I have a realistic chance of being hired somewhere or if I’m likely to fail the background investigation
