Moving into medical sales

I’ve been in tech sales for the past 10 years, and have grown very tired of it. I’m interested in moving into medical sales, and this seems like a great city to be in for that, but I’m running into that classic problem where they want 285 years of experience in Hyper Specific Medical Sales and 47 PhDs for the ideal candidate.

Are there any companies out there hiring extremely experienced salespeople, just from different industries? I’m not really sure where to start looking aside from Glassdoor/LinkedIn.
