Asked him to explain his actions and I got ghosted

He broke up with me a few days before Christmas, a couple days after Christmas he came over so we could exchange Christmas gifts,during us talking about why the reason it wasn’t gonna work out, which was because he plans on moving and wants a fresh start in life. we made out during this time. He told me how pretty I was, shaved his face and pointed it out to ask if I noticed when the whole time we were seeing each other I told him how good he would look if he did that but never did because he said that he didn’t have the face for it and had a double chin, which was not true at all. Then decided to do it after we break up. He also then offered me the shirt he was wearing because I always really liked his used clothes because I love the smell of him. I asked him to explain why he did this stuff to me, even though he was the one ending things with me and I got ghosted.
