M26 Weid Rash on the back of my neck

So lately i’ve found this on my neck ( i sleep on a silk pillow case), even tho i have started noticing similar areas on my body but not the same pattern, fewer small bumps all round, i do have some dandruff-dermititis on my hair and my scalp is very dry, i scheduled an appointment with my dermatologist, what can this be? Can it be Keratosis Pilaris?
