Muramasa localization differences?

Am I the only one who thinks Muramasa received a strongly different localization in the us, because sometimes characters will say one thing and the dialogue shows them using a whole sentence.

Or sometimes the voice actors never mention the names that the text is describing.

So I wonder how accurate was muramasa's translation.
