Any vets who are super knowledgeable on feline airways?

Anyone have any recommendations on a veterinarian who specializes or is very knowledgeable in feline airways? My 9 year old cat was born with narrowed airways and has a “kitten sized trachea” according to her current vet. They don’t really have any solutions for her and her breathing problems are starting to get worse. (eta: I’m willing to drive pretty much anywhere and spend as much as I need to to help get her breathing issues under control.)

I know, very weird question. But it never hurts to ask!
