Lost dog in sedan hill area

*PEDAN HILL There is a shepherd wandering around pedant hill area this morning. Smooth coat, chocolate brown, thin and limping. I tried to catch it but couldn't. Called bylaws this morning. Please try and help catch it if you can, looks like it's been out for a while and it's so cold!

*update from bylaw. Apparently she has been running for weeks, nobody can catch her. She will accept food, but as soon as someone pulls a leash out she runs, and she climbs fences. Please keep trying everyone! City will keep trying, they believe someone dumped her.
