I’ve seen a few threads on Reddit from years ago and some more recently ones from months ago and I still can’t find a solution!

I feel like I’ve tried everything - annoyingly this problem wasn’t always there.

I got a 360, everything worked fine, I then went to purchase history which is where it kicked me out of Xbox live and couldn’t connect again.

After days of trying to get help from Xbox and them doing “hotfixes” behind the scenes, I tried downloading my wife’s profile, which works perfectly fine, I then tried mine and hey it works! Not sure why or how but it worked!

However!

I have gone to play it yesterday and the error has returned - i tried everything again to get to work and deleted my profile and tried re downloading my profile again but no luck. Again I’ve bee trying for days, no luck.

Anyone got a solutions?

I’ve tried a lot of methods, clear system cache, download 2nd profile, password character length, security issues, redownload profile, spoke with Xbox ( basically said it is what it is ), recurring billing option, reset Xbox etc

Sorry if this thread is like a broken record of an issue! Just want to play some battle for middle earth and earn some achievements!

Can’t download my profile to 360
