Any info on Cajual Records and Nu Groove Records labels?

what the title says, I came across both while reading this pitchfork review of AAL's 2012-2017, and I can't really find much information on either, so I'm curious if anyone knows more! I saw on disogs that the last release from cajual was in 2018, are they defunct? Also on discogs, I saw that Nu Groove is under new ownership but was "dead" for a long while...so yeah, any information you got, I'm curious!
