I got tired of logging into 3 banking apps every morning so I built an app that shows everything in one place
I bank with TD, RBC, and Tangerine. For years my morning routine was: open TD, check the balance, open RBC, check that balance, open Tangerine, check savings, then try to add it all up in my head.
When Mint shut down I lost the only tool that kind of worked for this. Tried Wealthica and a few American apps but nothing connected to my banks properly or it felt like it was built for the US market with Canada as an afterthought.
So I built Unified. It connects to Canadian banks through Plaid (same open banking tech the banks themselves use) and puts all your accounts, balances, transactions, and net worth on one dashboard.
It's free to connect 1 bank. If you want to connect more it's $4.99/month or $49/year.
Not trying to be pushy about it — genuinely just built this because I needed it and figured other people with accounts at multiple banks might too.
Happy to answer any questions about how it works, how the bank connections are secured, or anything else. I'm the person who built it so I'm not going to give you some scripted customer service answer.
