Recertify Income for PAYE

We recently uploaded my wife's income recertification for the PAYE plan. Her recertification notice for PAYE stated she needed to apply by April 18th. About a week later we were placed into a 60-day processing forbearance. Nelnet is her servicer. Have others experienced this IDR processing delay during the income recertification and was it resolved prior to the 60-day term?
