How to do this?

Guys, I have started preparing for SSC CGL a few weeks ago and I have a major obstacle infront of me and that is remembering "squares from 1-30", "cubes from 1-20", "multiplication tables from 1-20", "synonyms and antonyms", "idioms and phrases".

I don't like rote memorization and if there is any other way of remembering things that I have mentioned then please tell me. I appreciate the effort.
