Which distributor gets your song easiest way to yt content id?

Im using landr and they said that my song is not eligible for yt content id AND EVEN NOT FOR TIKTOK... But I see so much "Brazilian funk songs" where they are using no matter which samples they get yt content id and everything...so my question is which distributor has free yt content id (mostly like for splits ) and also are not strict at all for which samples I use so they can still make the song to yt content id
